J. Richard Knop – Managing Member

Has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Mr. Knop co-founded Windsor Group in 1992 and has led its development into the premier investment bank for the government/defense contracting industry. Windsor Group was acquired in 2005 by BB&T Bank. Mr. Knop led BB&T Capital Markets/Windsor Group until 2009.  He has closed a broad range of investment banking transactions, including well over 100 defense and government contractors mergers ranging from $10 million to $1.2 billion. In 2004, Mr. Knop was selected as the recipient of both the Washington Technology’s Financier of the Year and the Association of Corporate Growth’s Dealmaker of the Year awards. In 2007, he was selected as the recipient of the Annual Technology “Good Scout” Award by the National Capital Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America and the Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award from The George Washington University. Mr. Knop currently is a member of the Board of Trustees for The George Washington University and the Board of Advisors for The George Washington University Law School.  He is Chairman of the Board of Directors for The George Washington University Center for Cyber and Homeland Security.  Mr. Knop is a lawyer by education and is a registered securities principal.

Leslee Belluchie – Managing Member

Has over 20 years experience of operations and management of government contracting companies. Ms. Belluchie is a mechanical engineer by education, has a TS SCI with full-scope polygraph security clearance, and mostly recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Serco-NA (formerly SI International, Inc.), a $1.3 billion division of Serco, Inc. (2006-2009). Prior to Serco-NA, Ms. Belluchie served as a Partner in the National Intelligence Agencies division of IBM Federal (2005-2006), President and CEO of the Teradata Government Systems division of NCR Corporation (2004–2005), and various operational and business development positions at Computer Sciences Corporation, including Vice President of Business Development for the Enforcement Security & Intelligence business unit (1995–2004). In these positions, she gained extensive experience in: sales and marketing leadership, strategic planning, finance, budgeting and cost management, strategic marketing communications and branding, operations management and team building and performance improvement for government/defense contractors. She currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board to the Auburn University’s School of Mechanical Engineering.

William Doroh – Principal

Mr. Doroh has spent his career as an investment banker and financial consultant to the government contracting industry. His eight years of investment banking experience includes 17 transactions ranging from sell-side and buy-side assignments to fairness opinions and divestitures for large, public companies. Prior to joining FedCap, Mr. Doroh leveraged his investment banking background to found Agreeance LLC, a consulting company providing strategic financial support to small and medium-sized government contractors. Prior to Agreeance, Mr. Doroh acquired his investment banking experience at BB&T Capital Markets | Windsor Group and National Capital Companies. While at BB&T Capital Markets | Windsor Group, Mr. Doroh completed 14 transactions, all in the federal government contracting industry with transaction values ranging from $10 million to $500 million. Mr. Doroh graduated magna cum laude from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. in Economics and Business. He also obtained NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.

Clark Knop – Principal

Mr. Knop has ten years of investment banking and investment management expertise, exclusively focused on the government contracting industry. His experience includes more than 20 successful transactions both from the sell-side and buy-side, ranging from $10 million to $200 million. Prior to joining FedCap, Mr. Knop was a Principal at JRK Ventures LLC where he was responsible for managing multiple private company ownership interests, evaluation of potential investments, assistance in the development of the overall investment strategy, strategic business support, and valuation analysis. In addition, he led in depth M&A transactional support for multiple companies, which included successful acquisitions and a majority recapitalization with a private equity group. Mr. Knop started his investment banking career at BB&T Capital Markets | Windsor Group. Mr. Knop graduated from Wingate University with a B.A. in Business and earned distinguished awards. He also obtained NASD Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.
